Arkitekt OpenCRM is a free, self-hosted CRM for small businesses that want lead management and email outreach on their own server. It runs in Docker with a browser dashboard and stores lead records in SQLite on the host. AI email writing is optional and can use local models through Ollama or cloud services such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
Leads can arrive automatically from Meta Lead Ads, through webhooks connected to forms, Zapier, Make or n8n, or by manual entry. Meta isn't required. The CRM detects duplicate lead IDs and tracks each lead through sales stages, with notes, follow-up reminders, deal values and expected close dates. Teams can assign leads to members and organize them with tags.
The dashboard has a searchable table and a kanban view, plus reports on conversion rates, lead sources and pipeline value. For outreach, you can filter an audience by status or source, preview the matching leads, generate email copy and send a campaign. It also supports multi-step drip sequences and personalized HTML templates. Outlook and Exchange connect through Microsoft Graph, while Mailgun and SMTP provide other sending options.
Local hosting keeps the CRM database on your server, but connected services still handle their respective tasks: Meta supplies ad leads, email providers deliver messages, and cloud AI providers receive generation requests when selected. Ollama provides the local generation path. The connector architecture allows custom lead sources and email providers, and the dashboard supports separate admin and user roles.
