This tutorial demonstrates adding Composio to an existing chat app so its agent can use connected apps beyond the conversation. The opening example asks for a daily briefing from Gmail and Slack, but the unconnected agent asks the user to paste information into the chat.

The setup starts with a prompt from Composio's documentation. The presenter gives it to a coding assistant with access to the app's source code. It inspects the project, installs the official Composio skill, and identifies integration points. When it asks about scope, the presenter chooses email and calendar, requests search and read access, and also asks for calendar management. The presenter then adds a Composio API key obtained from the dashboard.

The demonstration finishes with a Gmail connection link and an OAuth flow through which the user selects the access to grant. The presenter says Composio handles external tool connections while the app retains its conversation and user experience, with an option to white label the integration.

The speaker also describes delegated OAuth, sandboxed environments and parallel execution. Those are product claims; the walkthrough focuses on setup and Gmail authorization. It does not demonstrate running models locally or an offline deployment.
