agentchattr is a local chat server for developers who want multiple AI coding agents to work together in one conversation. Humans and agents can mention each other to prompt a response, so you don't have to carry messages between separate terminals. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, with a browser interface.
Built-in connections include Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and GitHub Copilot CLI, alongside Kimi, Qwen, Kilo CLI, CodeBuddy and MiniMax. Other MCP-compatible agents can join too. You can run several instances of the same agent with separate names and roles, such as builder and reviewer.
Channels separate discussions, while jobs give each task its own thread and status. Agents receive the job's history when they join the work. For more directed collaboration, sessions arrange agents into roles and sequential phases for code review, planning, debate or design critique. You can also save custom session templates.
You retain control over coordination: agent-proposed jobs and rules await your review, clickable decision cards collect answers, and a per-channel loop guard pauses extended agent exchanges. Activity indicators show who's working. Scheduled messages can trigger agents later or on a recurring basis.
The Python server is free and open source under the MIT license. Chat history and project records stay in local storage, with export and import for moving them between machines. Connected agents use their own model services; MiniMax requires an API key, and CodeBuddy requires login.

claudectl is a local dashboard and supervisor for developers running several Claude Code agents on macOS or Linux. It brings session activity, approvals and spending into one terminal view, with an optional local LLM that makes decisions based on your preferences. It's open source under the MIT license.
Superpowers adds a structured development process to AI coding assistants. It's for developers who want their agent to agree on a design before writing code, follow an implementation plan, and check its work against that plan. The open-source framework uses the MIT license and works inside coding tools including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.
Agency Orchestrator turns a task description into a team of specialist AI roles that divide the work and combine their results. It's for solo builders, developers and content creators who want repeatable workflows for product planning, research or code review. The open-source software uses the Apache 2.0 license and runs locally through a browser interface, a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, or Docker on a server or NAS.
DevSpace is a self-hosted MCP server for developers who want ChatGPT or Claude to work directly in projects on their own machine. It gives a connected assistant access to selected folders and the local terminal, so it can make code changes and check them against the project's actual tools.
FastCtx gives coding agents structured access to local repositories through MCP. It's an open source Rust runtime for developers who want agents to spend less context on shell syntax and parsing terminal output. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux under the Apache 2.0 license, with dedicated connections for ChatGPT App and Codex CLI and support for other MCP clients.
