DeskcommCRM is a self-hosted CRM for businesses selling through WhatsApp. Its AI agents handle customer conversations, qualify leads and support sales within the CRM.
- WhatsApp sales agents: Agents respond to customers and qualify prospects in the same system the business uses to manage sales.
- WhatsApp connections: Businesses can connect their number through WAHA or use Meta's official WhatsApp channel.
- Server control: The CRM and its Supabase database can run on the same server, or the CRM can use an external Supabase service.
The software is open source under the MIT license. It runs on a VPS with Docker, including ARM64 servers, and recommends 4 GB of RAM.
AI processing uses cloud services. Agents require a provider key for OpenRouter, Anthropic or OpenAI, so running the CRM on your server doesn't make its model processing local or offline.
