Inkeep Agents is an AI agent builder for teams creating chat assistants and automated workflows. It supports collaboration between people who prefer a visual editor and developers who work in code.
- Visual and code editing: Build agents in a drag-and-drop editor or a TypeScript SDK, with changes synced between them.
- Chat assistants: Create agents for help centers, technical documentation, in-app chat, or internal teams, and embed chat interfaces in web apps.
- Multi-agent workflows: Coordinate agents and MCP tools to update CRMs, triage helpdesk tickets, or maintain knowledge bases. MCP tools support credential management.
- Agent access: Invoke agents through MCP, Agent2Agent, webhooks, or Vercel SDK APIs.
- Inspection and testing: Review activity in a traces interface with OpenTelemetry support, and use evaluations and test suites.
You can self-host Inkeep Agents with Docker or deploy it to Vercel. Inkeep Enterprise is a managed offering. The framework uses the Vercel AI SDK to connect to your chosen LLM provider, so model requests depend on that provider. The project uses a fair-code license.
