Paid listings, subscriptions, promotions and advertising purchased from EastWeb LLC for localhosted are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not offer discretionary refunds or credits for a change of mind, unused time, unused features, accidental purchases or dissatisfaction with traffic, leads or sales. No particular level of exposure, search ranking or commercial results is guaranteed.
Review the service description, billing interval and total price before confirming payment. If another seller is identified at checkout, that seller's terms apply to its sale.
Recurring plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Benefits continue for the remainder of that period unless the listing or account must be restricted under our Terms of Use.
There are no prorated refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law. Removing an account, deleting a bookmark or stopping use of the website does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
Sign in and open Your tools. For an eligible subscription attached to a listing you own, use its Billing action to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel.
If the portal is unavailable, you cannot access the account, or the purchase concerns advertising, email root@localhosted.com with the account email, listing or campaign URL and receipt reference. Request cancellation before the next renewal and keep the confirmation. Do not send full card details.
One-time purchases do not renew.
Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, rejected paid submission or a service that was not delivered as described. Include the receipt reference and explain the issue so it can be investigated. This policy does not remove any remedy you are entitled to by law.
The no-refund policy does not limit statutory rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered services, or any applicable cancellation or withdrawal right.
For example, where EU or UK consumer distance-contract rules apply, a consumer may have a 14-day withdrawal right from the conclusion of a service contract. To exercise an applicable right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to root@localhosted.com or the postal address below, identifying your name, purchase, order date and contact details. You do not have to use a special form.
If you expressly request a service to begin during an applicable withdrawal period, the law may permit a proportionate charge for services provided before withdrawal. A withdrawal right can end after full performance only where the applicable conditions, including required express consent and acknowledgement, are met. Simply accepting these terms does not itself waive such a right.
Where a refund is legally due, it will be handled within the applicable legal deadline and through the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
