localhosted is a directory of local and self-hosted AI tools, related resources and videos. It is operated by EastWeb LLC, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. Contact: root@localhosted.com.
These terms cover the directory and its own services. Independent software, hosting, repositories and third-party websites have their own terms and licenses. By creating an account, submitting material or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Provide accurate information, protect your email and sign-in accounts, and only claim a tool on behalf of someone you are authorized to represent. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful material, malware distribution, access-control bypasses or activity that disrupts the service. Respect others' intellectual property and privacy. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
You remain responsible for the information and materials you submit and must have the rights needed to provide them. You keep your rights in your material. You grant localhosted a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, format, edit and display it to operate and promote your listing on the directory.
We may review, correct, categorize, decline or remove submissions to maintain the directory or respond to legal concerns. Submitting a tool does not guarantee publication or a particular position. Public facts about a tool may also be collected independently from its website or repository.
Ownership verification checks a claim to a listing. It is not an endorsement of the tool or a security certification.
Information can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Some descriptions and summaries use AI assistance. Repository statistics, licenses, platform support, prices and hardware requirements can change.
Verify important details with the maintainer before downloading, installing, buying or relying on software. "Ask your agent" prompts are research aids; commands and recommendations produced by your own assistant require your review.
We do not operate the listed tools and cannot guarantee their availability, security, suitability or performance. Nothing on the directory overrides a tool's own license or grants rights in its software, branding or content.
If a paid listing, promotion or subscription is offered, review the checkout description, price, currency, taxes and billing interval before paying. A recurring subscription renews according to the interval shown at checkout until cancelled under its applicable terms.
Eligible listing owners can access Stripe's billing portal through Your tools. Contact root@localhosted.com if you cannot access billing or need help with a cancellation or payment dispute.
Paid placement can affect visibility. It does not guarantee clicks, sales, search-engine ranking, security or a positive editorial assessment.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time, unused services, or a change of mind. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and statutory withdrawal information.
Advertising and paid placements may appear on the directory. The fact that a tool is listed does not establish a commercial relationship with its developer. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a purchase through them. Advertising or an affiliate relationship does not establish that a product is suitable for you.
The site uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
Videos remain hosted by YouTube and are provided by their respective creators. Availability, playback restrictions and advertising can change independently of localhosted.
To report copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights concerns, follow the instructions on our Contact page. Include the affected URL, identify the material and explain your rights or authority to act.
Names, trademarks, screenshots and video content belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
We aim to keep the directory useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may change or discontinue features and restrict accounts where reasonably needed to address misuse, security or legal requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory and its informational content are provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in courts available under the law that applies to you.
