Composio team members describe how they use the service to connect assistants to work apps. Their examples cover sales outreach, activation analysis, language learning and engineering tasks. This is a staff account of their workflows, with no local LLM setup or hardware requirements discussed.
One member describes a daily 9 a.m. routine that reads enriched sign-ups from Slack, checks their connected toolkits and deploys a tailored website to Vercel. It then emails the person a screenshot and a link. Another asks Claude Code to investigate falling activation using PostHog, Metabase and recent Slack messages, then share the findings with a colleague.
For Spanish practice, a member says Claude records unfamiliar words from daily conversations in Google Sheets and sorts them into categories. A practice app built with Codex reads that sheet and groups incorrectly answered words as "troublemakers."
The engineering example connects a coding assistant to Linear and GitHub to check tickets and repository issues, then create draft pull requests. Another member describes keeping connections in Composio while switching between Claude Code, Codex and Hermes Agent. The speakers report less app switching and time saved; their claims about productivity and error avoidance are personal assessments, not measured guarantees.
