FluidVoice is presented as a Mac dictation and transcription app that processes speech locally without a cloud subscription. The walkthrough covers its settings and practical tests, with a brief mention of Whisper Flow as an alternative. It does not test the two apps side by side. The speaker says FluidVoice is available only for Mac at the time of recording and reports plans for iOS and Windows, without giving a release date.

The setup tour covers keyboard shortcuts, microphone selection and the dictation overlay. Users can choose speech engines according to their language. For text cleanup, the speaker enables Fluid Intelligence and describes the default enhancement model as roughly 3.5 GB. Other providers can be connected, but the demonstrated configuration keeps processing local. Advanced prompts, custom vocabulary and configurable commands provide further control over the output.

The dictation tests insert text into an editor and a Droid CLI prompt asking for a project review. The speaker describes the results as fast and accurate; these are observations from the demonstration rather than benchmark results.

File transcription is labeled alpha. The speaker selects a 182 MB video, which the app reports as about 11 minutes long, and says it finishes transcribing in a few seconds. The walkthrough shows how to obtain the transcript, but gives no hardware specifications or systematic accuracy measurements to establish how that result would translate to another Mac.
