This Persian tutorial introduces the OpenMOSS model family and demonstrates Persian text-to-speech through its hosted API. The speaker describes the models as open source and available for local use, but directs viewers to GitHub for installation instructions. The walkthrough covers the online service rather than an offline setup.
The introduction covers speech recognition, voice design, voice cloning and real-time speech options. The speaker reports good Persian results in personal tests and says a lighter model suits less powerful hardware. The transcript gives conflicting parameter counts, so it does not establish a reliable model size or minimum hardware requirement.
The Python example uses requests to submit a speech-generation payload with a model, input text and voice ID. Viewers learn to create an API key and select a voice by copying its ID from the platform or fetching the voice list with a GET request. Speech generation uses POST. A URL delivery option returns a link where the generated audio can be played or downloaded, and the demonstration includes a short Persian greeting.
The speaker also explains how a cloned or designed voice can supply an ID for later requests. Hosted API requests require an account and key; this is not an offline model installation tutorial.
