This tutorial covers a failed CivitAI LoRA download in Wan2GP, accessed through Pinokio 7. The presenter uses a time-lapse LoRA for Wan2.2 image-to-video with 14 billion parameters. The built-in downloader saves an 80 KB file where the listing indicates roughly 300 MB, and generation fails because the tensor file cannot load. The presenter suspects a download bug but does not establish its cause.
The walkthrough explains how to find the LoRA directories through the folder icons and how to filter the CivitAI browser for the selected model. Text-to-video and image-to-video LoRAs have separate folder locations. To replace the incomplete file, the presenter downloads it directly from CivitAI, saves it to the displayed directory with a clean filename, and reloads the interface. The replacement is 299 MB; the terminal then reports a successful load, and the resulting video shows the time-lapse effect.
The presenter also copies the LoRA page's activation prompt and adjusts it for the input image. The example uses 480p to shorten generation time, with an estimated 10 to 15 minutes on the presenter's setup. Although the presenter says the repair applies across Wan2GP models, the demonstrated test uses Wan2.2.
