Baserow is a self-hosted no-code database and application builder with a spreadsheet interface. Teams can deploy it through Docker or Helm, or use Baserow Cloud. The open-source core is MIT licensed, with additional commercial capabilities.

Kuma helps turn a description into a database structure. AI fields and formula generation apply model output to business data, while the MCP server connects the platform to compatible AI clients. Self-hosted deployments can configure supported providers, including Ollama. Local inference requires an accessible model backend; requests to a hosted provider are processed by that provider. AI feature availability depends on the installed version and license.

Grid, Kanban, calendar, timeline and gallery views present shared records in different ways. Forms collect entries, and the application builder creates interfaces and dashboards around the data. Imports include Airtable and structured files.

Visual automations use triggers, conditions, branches and loops with HTTP, email and webhook actions. Developers can extend Baserow through frontend/backend plugins and its API. Self-hosting controls the database infrastructure; external integrations and model providers retain their own data boundaries.
