Perfect Memory AI keeps a searchable record of what you've seen on your screen and heard in meetings on Mac and Windows. It's for people who need to find a page, presentation or conversation again without remembering which app held it. Recordings stay on your device, and search returns material you've actually seen or heard.
The app reads screen text in the background with OCR and retrieves relevant screenshots when you search. It also detects meetings on major meeting platforms and transcribes both sides of the conversation locally. No meeting bot joins the call. You can use meeting content to produce summaries and action items, or prepare for a follow-up meeting.
Its AI assistant can draw on that history to summarize your day, draft an email or find a past discussion. You can choose ChatGPT or connect local AI through Ollama, LM Studio or Jan, and use your own API token. Ollama supports offline use; choosing a cloud provider involves that external service.
MCP support lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other compatible clients search your screen history and meetings. Those searches run on your machine, with the cloud acting as a relay for the connection. Screenshots use AES-256 encryption, and recording pauses automatically in private and incognito browser windows.
