This tutorial uses Claude Code to coordinate HeyGen avatar generation and Hyperframes motion graphics. The presenter demonstrates a workflow that combines narration, captions and graphic layers through prompts in one project.
Setup starts in a terminal on Mac or Windows. The presenter connects HeyGen through MCP, then signs in through a browser OAuth flow. They say the workflow requires paid Claude and HeyGen accounts and uses the existing HeyGen plan allowance without a separate API key. Claude then reads the HeyGen Skills and Hyperframes repository instructions and installs both skill packs. The presenter describes Hyperframes as open source under Apache 2.
The first example requests a 30-second video using an avatar look ID and voice ID copied from HeyGen. Claude retrieves word-level timestamps to synchronize captions and logos, downloads the avatar render into the project, and builds the composition. The demo uses Avatar 4; the presenter notes that an avatar must support any selected motion engine.
The result needs review: the presenter replaces incorrect logos with supplied files and changes the caption styling. Further prompts reformat the video to 9:16 and turn a quarterly-report PDF into a 60-second marketing explainer. This AI agent workflow calls HeyGen's service; the tutorial does not establish offline operation. The presenter also cautions that the sequence of tool calls can take seconds to minutes.
