Presenton

Presenton is an AI presentation maker for teams turning reports and source documents into decks, and developers adding slide generation to their apps. It can reuse an existing PowerPoint design so generated presentations follow your own layouts.

• Document-based decks: Generate slides from prompts, structured data, PDFs, DOCX files, or existing presentations.
• Reusable designs: Turn a PPTX into a template that preserves its colors, fonts, spacing, and layout rules.
• Slide editing: Adjust elements in a canvas editor or use chat to rewrite content, change visuals, and regenerate selected slides.
• Editable exports: Export PowerPoint files with editable elements, plus PDF copies for sharing.
• Generation API: Automate presentation creation with synchronous or asynchronous requests, webhooks, and embedded presentations; a built-in MCP server also connects AI tools to deck generation.

The open source software is free to self-host under Apache 2.0. Desktop apps run on macOS, Windows, and Linux, and Docker supports deployment on your own infrastructure. A separate managed cloud app runs in the browser.

Local model options include Ollama and LM Studio. Presenton also supports OpenAI-compatible endpoints and cloud providers such as Anthropic and Amazon Bedrock. Entirely local model and media providers can keep content within your infrastructure, including air-gapped deployments. Cloud text, image, or search providers receive the requests they process.
