tuicr
A terminal code review tool with Vim controls, saved reviews and Markdown feedback for coding agents, plus inline submissions to code hosting services.

tuicr is a local terminal code review tool for developers reviewing changes from teammates or coding agents. It works with Git, jj and Mercurial, covering uncommitted work, commit ranges and remote pull requests or changes.
- Diff review: Scroll through changed files in one continuous view, use Vim controls, search the diff and filter files to focus the review.
- Comments and progress: Add feedback to a line, a range, a file or the whole review, and save which files or hunks you've checked across sessions.
- Coding agent feedback: Export structured Markdown with file and line references through the clipboard or standard output for Claude, Codex, Cursor or another process.
- Review submissions: Send inline comments to GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, Bitbucket Cloud, Azure DevOps or Gerrit, with approval and other review actions depending on the destination.
The code is open source under MIT, and Linux binaries are available. Remote submissions require authentication with the destination service. GitLab, Gitea and Gerrit support self-hosted instances. Azure DevOps and Gerrit reviews require a local repository clone.
Host limitations affect feedback: Gitea attaches range comments to their final line, while Bitbucket Cloud supports comments and approvals but doesn't support draft reviews or requests for changes. Bitbucket Data Center isn't supported.
