Usertour

Usertour helps teams build in-app guidance for browser applications. It's an alternative to Appcues and Userflow for teams that want to host their onboarding platform themselves.

• Onboarding experiences: Create product tours, checklists, launchers and surveys for single-page or multi-page browser apps across frameworks.
• AI authoring: Connect Claude Code, Cursor or Codex through the built-in MCP server to create onboarding in your project, match the app's design system and help integrate the SDK.
• Appearance: Adjust typography and button colors to fit your app, and give different flows their own themes.
• Flow management: Keep staging and production environments in one account and track who changed each flow and when.
• Analytics: Measure views and completion rates, and find the steps where users drop off.

You can run Usertour on your own server with Docker or use the hosted Usertour Cloud service. AI authoring relies on a connected assistant such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
