Sam walks through a data intelligence application built with PandasAI and Streamlit, which he describes as open source and locally runnable. The tutorial covers its architecture and Python modules before a demo using customer analytics data with 800 rows and nine columns.

The five-agent design assigns statistical analysis, pattern recognition, insights, prediction and natural language tasks to separate components. An orchestrator routes questions to relevant agents, and an LLM generates Python Pandas code for local execution. Sam says the LLM receives column names and a sample. His broader claim that data never leaves the machine should be read alongside that disclosure, especially when choosing an external model provider.

The code walkthrough explains app.py and modules for data connectors, exploratory analysis and visualizations. Setup guidance points viewers to the repository README and dependency requirements. The demo covers CSV and Excel uploads, data quality checks, correlations, outlier questions and HTML report generation.

This is a prototype with visible limitations: the pie chart fails, and Sam notes that some charts render poorly depending on the dataset. He attributes the quick query response to the small, already loaded sample. For further development, he suggests Ollama as a model option, PostgreSQL connections and additional agent classes.
